Covid Rules
- If for any reason you are not fully vaccinated, please do not attend Parish Council meetings unless you can show the Chairman or Clerk a negative LFT taken on the day of the meeting.
- Nobody should attend a Parish Council meeting if they have symptoms or have had a positive PCR/LFT in the last 7 days.
- Mask wearing at Parish Council meetings is no longer obligatory.
- Anyone not attending the meeting may submit a written question to the Clerk not less than 24 hours prior to the meeting, which will be read out for consideration. Contact the Clerk

Legal Public Participation at Meetings
10 Minutes called Open Forum are set aside at the beginning of each meeting. The public may comment during this time ONLY.
After this time, public involvement is not allowed unless at the discretion of the Chairman.
Items raised at the Open Forum do not require an immediate response from the Parish Council as anything not detailed on the Agenda, can’t be resolved (no decisions can be made).
Council meetings must be open for the public to view however, the Open Forum section is at the discretion of the Council.
