After each meeting the Clerk prepares minutes.  They are approved first by the Chairman, and then circulated to all Councillors, put on the closed notice board outside the village hall, and loaded on this page as “Draft” Minutes.

At the next Parish Council meeting, the Council will be asked if they agree that the Minutes are a true record of the previous meeting and a vote will be taken.  It is at this stage that the word “draft” will be removed and the Minutes will no longer be subject to change.
